ADAM ROBINSON COLLABORATES WITH MCM HOUSE

We are very excited to announce our new product collaboration with MCM HOUSE. As is often the case I was finding it difficult to find contemporary designs in outdoor mirrors for some of our landscape projects at Adam Robinson Design.  I decided to come up with some of my own designs and looked around for the right partnership to bring them to market.

I had long been a fan of MCM House for their classic contemporary aesthetic and I always felt that the ‘mix’ of furniture and décor at MCM  had an ‘al fresco’, energetic vibe, even though most of their collection was entirely meant for interior use.  I approached MCM’s Founder, Charlie Hinkfuss with the idea of collaborating on a collection of outdoor elements and the Banksia mirrors were the first of many ideas to come to fruition.  I’m very pleased with the result.

The Banksia Mirror Collection designed by Adam Robinson for MCM House are made up of four different designs; the Arch, the Square, the Square Dissected and the Round Dissected. Framed in powder coated black iron, they can be used outdoors, yet need to be undercover, protected from the elements.
