ARD, oversee the construction process of your project and take away the stress of sourcing and managing trades.

If needed, ARD can also oversee your project through the process of Council approvals from start to finish. This includes complying with development and processing council applications on your behalf.

Adam will do an initial onsite consultation to view the location, hear your requirements and discuss ideas. This is when he will ask you all the right questions to gather the information he needs to extract a detailed brief from you, specifying all your ideas, likes, dislikes and needs. Back at the ARD Studio, Adam and his team will use all the information contained in the brief to create design concepts that will then be presented to you for feedback and sign-off. The concepts will include all information required for the project, including a breakdown of materials costs and design fees so you’re fully prepared for the installation phase.
